Archive celebrate the release of “25”, a career-spanning 25th-anniversary. Retrospective collection, with a live appearance at London’s Alexandra Palace Theatre on September 27.
Twelve studio albums into their career, Archive have headlined festivals throughout Europe and grown to be one of the UK’s biggest live exports to the continent, whilst cultivating a hardcore fan base in their home country.
Talking about the “25” project, Archive founding member Darius Keeler said, “It felt like the right moment to take a breath, take stock of how far we’ve come on this journey of ours. I’m really proud of the work we’ve done as a collective over the years, and I’m excited to be celebrating that work in 2019.”
“It’s also been a great opportunity to collaborate with some new people, I think the track with Band Of Skulls (‘Remains Of Nothing’) is one of the best things we’ve ever done, and working with Steve Mason was a real honour too”, says Keeler.
Following the album release in May, Archive will be heading out on a massive European and UK tour.
